Hey Ya'll! Here is my daily update! Today I ran 3.5 miles and it was HOT! I also got to talk to a friend of mine who has done a lot of triathalon and she is going to email me a training plan! Yay! I will post this when I recieve it for any of you that are interested in participating too! I admit I didn't eat very much today because my stomach was hurting throughout the day :( Not sure whats wrong. Here are my meals for today:
Breakfast:
O'Soy yogurt and apple fruit and grain bar
Lunch:
Peanut granola bar
Dinner:
Cherries, banana, and sliced tomato
